Local Pickup Instructions
During online checkout please leave us a note providing:
- Phone Number
- Date you’d like to pick up the order
- Please place your orders a week in advanced for us to best serve your needs.
- Place your orders online, over the phone, by email or stop by the warehouse.
- We require a minimum deposit of half the price of your total order.
- There is no guarantee that we can supply all the flowers you requested, if this occurs we will let you know and may substitute the item for a similar flower.
- Recommended pick up date is a days or two before your event so flowers have time to open.
- Flower prices are based on availability and are subject to change due to weather and market conditions.
In-Store Return Policy
- NOTIFY US OF THE PROBLEM WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE.
- PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 24HRS OR PICTURES MUST BE PROVIDED
- IF PROPER CARE OF FLOWERS WAS NOT FOLLOWED A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN.
