- Please note flowers may arrive dehydrated, simply cut them and place in water for 1 hour with original wrapping kept on to rehydrate.

- We are not responsible for lost or held packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. If there is an error please contact us right away.

- After receiving your shipment, in the event a claim is needed please contact us within 24hrs of receiving your order.

- Pictures of all affected products must be provided

- If proper care of flowers were not followed a refund will not be given.
